These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Halloween Avenue LLC (“Halloween Avenue”, “we”). By placing an order you accept them.

Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or shows an obvious pricing error; if you were charged, we refund you in full.

An offer marked “limit one per household” is for one kit per household. We may cancel and refund orders beyond that, such as several orders shipping to the same address.

Products

We describe and show what we sell as accurately as we can. Colors, light effects and sizes can vary slightly from photos and illustrations. Please follow the safety notes on the product page and in the box.

Intellectual property

The Halloween Avenue name, logo, illustrations and texts on this website belong to us. Please don’t reuse them without permission.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
