The haunt-back guarantee

If your haunting arrives damaged, stops working or isn’t what you ordered, email support@halloweenavenue.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and you won’t have to send the item back.

Changed your mind?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first so we can send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the refund covers the item price once we receive it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they show up within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible: we can cancel any order that hasn’t shipped yet.
