Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Delivery times

Every order ships with tracking. Most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days after they are placed. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

Halloween delivery: place your order by Tue, Oct 20 to receive it before Halloween.

An order with several kits can ship from different warehouses and arrive in more than one package, sometimes on different days.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delays and lost parcels

If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you can’t find it, write to us at support@halloweenavenue.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier and replace or refund lost orders.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away: we can update it until the order ships.
