When will my order arrive?
Orders ship with tracking and usually arrive in 5 to 8 business days. Order by Tue, Oct 20 to have it in time for Halloween. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
How much is shipping?
Free on every order. We currently ship to the United States only.
What if it arrives damaged or stops working?
Email us a photo or video within 90 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you. That is our haunt-back guarantee.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment happens on an encrypted checkout page and we never see or store your card details.
